Helen we are both terribly sorry for your loss. I have told Natalie many stories over the past few days of Jack from my childhood. From his letting me use his snooker table to giving me jobs, be it cutting the grass or helping on his work at Saunders one summer he was always quick with a compliment on a job well done or a gentle lesson on a better way of doing things. While I do not personally remember it my parents still laugh every time the story of me as a toddler fighting with your dog Duke over a turkey leg comes up. We are extremely sorry we cannot attend in person but know that we are thinking of you.

~ Michael Abrams and Natalie Gunn

A good friend and teammate, we'll miss Jack very much.

Helen, Elaine, Karen and families. Our deepest sympathy on the loss of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and a lifelong friend to the both of us. Who knew when I met you Helen 30+ years ago on your first day at Union Gas, the 4 of us would be lifelong friends and watch our children grow into wonderful adults. Even though you and I were always the winners on the golf course and the euchre games we played against the guys, we will cherish these times together. And thank you so much for visiting us last summer in our new home in Shawville.
