Ingrid and family, I am so sorry for your loss. As another longtime Y member and student in your Mom's yoga classes, I can tell you that I learned so much from her! I was inspired by her grace, charm and elegance. She will be missed but not forgotten.
Ingrid and family, my deepest condolences at Joanne's passing. So many memories, my heart goes out to you all.
As a Y member since 1977 I knew Joanne. She will be greatly missed especially by the Y staff and her Yoga students. She lived life to fullest. My condolences to the family.
I met Johanna at the downtown Y when it opened in 1982. She was such a vibrant person and so enjoyed her yoga classes. Once she became a yoga teacher, many Y members experienced her joy for yoga. We were blessed to have her instruction. My condolences to Ingrid and her family and Eric as well as Johanna's siblings and their families. I feel so fortunate to have know Johanna all these years and will miss her so. All the wonderful and fond memories I have of her will be cherished. She was a treasure in so many people's lives.
It was with shock and great sadness that I learned of Joanne's passing. As a student of hers in Yoga at the downtown "Y". I became an avid fan of her dedication to the practice of Yoga and to her expertise as a teacher in my twice weekly sessions for many years. She made us work but she brought out the best in all of us. Thank you, Joaanne for making me a true yoga fan. You'll be missed!
Ingrid, Eric, Dan and Children and Mrs. Kirkpatrick's brothers and sisters Our deepest sympathy to all of you. Our thoughts are with you during this time. She was a lovely lady.t
I miss Joanne and our daily conversations about our pets. As well as a dedicated yoga instructor, devoted mother and all the other roles, Joanne always looked like she stepped off the pages of Vogue magazine. A lovely person gone too soon. My condolences to the family
My mom just told me the news about Joanne and I am truly saddened to hear. My dad used to bring my brother Tony and I to visit Joanne and Dick and Erik at their house when we were young kids. Joanne was one of the nicest women I've ever met. Ingrid, Dan, Josh, Jake and Johanna, my thought are with you all and believe it or not I think of you all often xo
The summer has passed too soon, Johanna, and you with it. Thankyou for introducing me to The Kripalu Center and the visits we took there together. My condolences to Ingrid and Erik, to Dan and the children and to Johanna's brothers and sisters.
Our sincere condolences to Ingrid ,Dan & the kids. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
