Jane and family, my sincere condolences on Jim’s passing. I have many fond memories of Jim including the fashion shows we did together at the Marconi Club many years ago. Always great discussions with lots of laughs. Jim did the beautiful flowers at our wedding as well. I will always remember him. Jayne Graham

So saddened to hear of Jim's passing. It was a pleasure to volunteer with Jim at the Grand Theatre. He was always a gentleman, fun, generous and professional. He will be deeply missed. May the sadness be eased by the memories.

I am so so very sorry to hear of Jims passing. I will forever miss his smile and greetings as he would wait for me to come home from work to check up on how my day went. I am thankful to have gotten to know him since moving into Fiddlehead. He truly will be missed by the entire building as he brightened up everyones day. Rest easy Jim. Hugs to all xo.

I just wanted to reach out to share how much joy and sunshine Jim brought to my life for many years through this beautiful floral creations. He was always kind hearted, sometimes too painfully honest, but always supportive in an authentic manner. I’m a way, he inspired me through my art journey too. In loving memories.

Sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Always enjoyed meeting up with Jim and family at the reunions. Jim was always a treat to talk to and always included other people in his conversations.

To Jane and family, I renewed an old acquaintance on Jun 17th when, I sat beside a gentleman and his wife and daughter at the funeral of a friend. Two sentences in, and we looked at each other, realizing we were old theatre friends from the 60s, & 70s. We squeezed each other's hands in delight, sang our hymns and prayed for our friend. It was a delight to meet up with him again on such a sad occasion. I thank him for his graciousness. Peace and Grace to the family! I am so very sorry for your loss. I know Jim is rearranging displays up there and is surrounded by flowers and love.

I first met Jim in 1970 when he generously helped a group of volunteers produce table centrepieces for a fundraiser at the art gallery on Queens Avenue. So that we could use fewer flowers, he taught us how to fill in the containers by making florist bows, a skill that I have used ever since. When I needed flowers he always had the perfect suggestion. The arrangements for the weddings of our two daughters were spectacular. In later years, he always had a smile and a good story as he welcomed Wilson and me to events at Museum London or the Grand Theatre. We will miss him. We send heartfelt sympathies to his family. I was saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. It was always a pleasure to team up with Jim for a Grand Theatre shift. He always wore a smile & was always ready to share a funny story. A great man who will be truly missed. My sincere thoughts go out to the Family at this time.

Our hearts are so saddened as we think of our dear friend Jim. Our times at the Grand, and driving back and forth together, were special memories for us! Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Jane and Jen. Jim will never be forgotten by us.

It has been my pleasure through the years to volunteer at the Grand Theatre with Jim. He was fun to work with, as he knew exactly what to do and he did it well. His generosity of spirit made a difference to many. His commitment and dedication inspired us all. To his family, peace and joy, comfort and great memories!

Sending condolences, to Jane and the girls and grandkids. Jim was special in so many ways, his kindness and generosity and fun loving spirit, was spread here in Michigan on so many occasions. Weddings, Graduations, Summer Visits, our family always looked forward to the zany Canadians, coming for a visit. Jimmy Anderson could take some mundane plants and turn them into something extraordinary, he shared that gift with my family and for that we are grateful.

I grew up knowing Jim through my parents. I enjoyed my time spent with him and the things he taught and especially my nonsense he put up with! May he Rest In Peace and his memory be eternal.

Sending sincere condolences to Jim’s family at this sad time. We shared many laughs with Jim when we were working together at the Holiday Inn (Radisson, Weston, Hilton). We certainly have lots of happy memories to cherish of our friend and colleague Jim.

Jim was such a special person. When Bruce 🐶 and I moved in next door he introduced himself right away. From then on he was so kind to make me feel so welcome to the neighborhood. So many wonderful driveway chats sometimes lasted for hours. He will truly be missed.

Hundreds of deliveries, set-ups and parties later, over a couple of decades, and you always treated me like the son you never had. We laughed, we cried, we laughed some more. I will always recall the laughter. You provided so many people with so much laughter for so very long. Happy you passed in Peace, now enjoy the flowers that never die and all the doggies looking for walks, hugs and treats.
