We would like to express our deepest sympathies to Jane and Her family during this very difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
To Carol and family, we are saddened to hear of Jerry`s sudden death and our hearts go out to you in your grief. We know your pain as we share a recent loss and we appreciated so much your loving message of condolence at that time.We cherish the memories of the good times we made with your family over the years and I smile when I recall how Jerry used to tease Louise with"good-bye mother-in-law" May you find peace and comfort knowing that God has called Jerry to his eternal home and in the love of those who care about you. With heartfelt sympathy, June and Jack May and family.
I am so sorry. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Always had a smile and kind word when we came to the hotel.
I had the pleasure of being the first front desk clerk when Jerry and Carol opened 23 Albert Place. Jerry always had a smile on his face and a tune to whistle! I will remember him fondly….my condolences to Carol and family.
I was very sorry, Carol, to read of Jerry's passing. He was a fine man and fun to be around. My sincere sympathy to you and your family. Ross Spettigue Windsor, ON
Sorry to hear about Gerry! Sending hugs to all of you!
Jerry Heatherly welcomed me back to Stratford after an absence of six years, and my partner William Leach an American Poet (l954-l999) and I stayed at 23 Albert St. while looking for permanent housing in Stratford- Jerry was very kind to us- he even lent us the funds we needed to get married! (we paid him back). Our lives were better because of him, so thank you very much. In my heart. Susan.
We will miss his friendly smile and cheerful whistle. Sincere sympathy to you, Carol, Jen and Jane.
Dear Carol : sorry to hear of your loss- got to know Jerry, he was special and you always made me feel welcome when I dropped by-you have many friends up here thinking of you-one day at a time----Dave
Dear Mrs. Heatherly, My sincerest condolences to you and all the family at Jerry's passing. He and you made my many annual visits to Stratford so enjoyable with your kindness, care and great humour. 23 Albert Place was a true home away from home.
My sincere sympathy to 'Jerry's Girls' and the family with love, hugs and prayers for all of you. <3 from the other girl he called Bonzo...I hope that he has the best seat at all the ball games.
