I was sadden on hearing Howard's passing. In the past 30 years, we have enjoyed photographing together through activities of the London Camera Club. I remember Howard as being a handsome, kind, gentle and friendly person. Professionally he had helped me in fixing a broken window in my wife's car. I still have Howard's bike and many B+W special filters which he sold me many years ago. I think of Howard often whenever I ride the bike. RIP. Deep condolences to the family.

Howard was a wonderful mentor, a true friend and a very talented tradesman. He had a fascinating life history with so many twists and turns. He handled joy and tragedy with remarkable grace. He was an inspiration. Our sincere condolences extend to Lucile and all family loved ones during this difficult time. Fond and special memories of Howie will always be in our minds and hearts. May he Rest In Peace.

To the Selby kids - Chuck, Michelle and Jennifer I had the priviledge of working with your dad at the three Pizza Wheel locations from 1974-79. Despite it always being busy on my Friday evening shifts, we still managed to share lots of laughs. Happy days had by all. Thinking of you in your loss.

The news came, and even though it was not unexpected, it left me stunned for a moment....a good man's journey has ended. Howard (Howey), I have learnt so much about the man you were by the things you did, but more importantly by the things you chose not to do. You were a very caring and thoughtful man, full of humor and informative stories, especially about the history of London as we drove through the back roads of the neighborhoods. We will truly miss you. Your life is gone but your memories will definitely live on. My condolences to my Sister. You lost the love of your life but God knows best. Stay strong. Dez and Family

So sad to see you go, Howey. We have spent some great times together. Both with Lucille and earlier with Adrienne, Anne and I enjoyed your company on our numerous wine tours through Niagara and along the Erie shore. Listening to your stories connected us better with the places that we passed through along the way. Thank you for the fond memories. Good travels, Howey.

I will miss Howard . He was a congenial helpful all around good guy .He loved to socialize and was a great host . He was very fond of taking all the slower backroads to a destination but not necessarily at a slower speed . He seemed to know everyone . He took on the responsibility of raising two successful families and he was the light of my sister’s eye.He was fortunate to find companionship again with Lucille. My condolences to Howard’s families , Rest In Peace Howard . Genie

Our condolences to Howard's family on the passing of a friendly, thoughtful man who we enjoyed photographing with at the London Camera Club. We remember him as an avid photographer and a very affable person to have along on photographic outings. He was kind enough to share a platform he had erected to photograph the implosion of London's CN train station in 2001 allowing us to capture an interesting moment in time. We will always have good memories of Howard and his contribution to the fun we've had at the London Camera Club.

Howie was one of our true and dearest friends and he will be sorely missed. Unfortunately, because of Covid-19 we were not able to see him in hospital and his final months. It is so sad but we will remember him how he was. Our sincere condolences to his caring wife Lucille and the families.
