We have very fond memories of Bill from Char's childhood. She would spend summer days with Jen swimming in the pool and was never happier than spending time with both Jim's Mom and Dad. He was a fine example of living life to the fullest and giving to others. Our sincerest sympathy in your loss.
Tom, Kathy, Matthew and family; Your friends and staff of the Finance Department at Ongwanada, would like to express our deepest sympathy to you and your family in the loss of your father/grandfather. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Heather; Angela; Alice; Jane; Elaine and Brenda.
We were sad to hear of Uncle Bill's passing. I have wonderful childhood memories of visiting your home, swimming in the pool and enjoying delicious family meals outside. As a child, it seemed like your backyard stretched on forever and my sister and I loved to race to the back of the property with Tom and Jim to watch the trains go by. When I got older and married, you all introduced my husband and then our children to these traditions. In 2010, my niece (now 24) made her first return visit to Canada since leaving the country as an infant. We brought her to your home for a visit and it was amazing to sit by the pool with her and have dinner with you, just like my sister and I had done so many years ago. It was a great day! Todd has a huge interest in history, especially of the WWII era, and he just loved to hear your stories and reflections of years gone by. You had a life well lived and you will be remembered fondly.
Dear Aunt Kay, Tom, Jim and families - we are so very sorry to hear of Uncle Bill's passing. Our thoughts and love are with all of you during this sad time.

I hope you can find some comfort in remembering the wonderful times you spent together. Remember all the family gatherings and the travel you were so fortunate to enjoy. Weather permitting I will see you on Saturday. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, Donna Szilock
My thoughts and prayers are with great aunt Kay and family. I know that great uncle Bill was dearly loved and will be missed by family and friends. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to meet such a lovely man. In the short time I spent with him I found him to be very strong willed and a very kind man. I only wish I had gotten to know him better but I am thankful for my time with him. My mother has fond childhood memories of great uncle Bill and great aunt Kay and I am glad he is now part of my memories. I will never forget you, love Heather
Dear Kay, Tom, Jim and families: Fran and I extend our sincere condolences for the loss of Bill, a very dear friend.
