Passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at the age of 77. Loving husband to Ann for 54 years. Cherished father to Christine Biekx and husband Ron, Nancy Faseruk and husband Don. Proud Grandpa to Stephanie, Abbie and Sam. Brother to Larry and his late wife Janet, Nancy and her husband Ray and his late sister, Patricia and her husband Gord. George worked at the Ford Motor Company in Talbotville for over 30 years. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Heart Failure Clinic at St. Joseph’s Hospital, as well as the staff at University Hospital and Victoria Hospital, for all the care he received. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of George are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
