Passed unexpectedly on Friday, June 10th, 2016 in his 87th year.  Predeceased by his wife Gloria (nee Lutz).  Beloved father of Carol Ann Swinnen (Matthew Wladyka) and Ted Swinnen.  Cherished grandfather of Lauren Gogol (Tim Currie), Melanie Gogol (Patrick McGuinness) and Elizabeth Gogol (Marty Tenk).  Loving great-grandfather to Connor, Jack and Kent.  Survived by his dear sister Josepha DiRado (George).  Frank was a long time London lawyer and he also proudly served as a Judge in London as well as Honorary Belgian Consul.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, June 16th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.  Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Frank are asked to consider St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation.
