Peacefully at her residence in London on Saturday, July 5, 2014, in her 81st year. Life companion and beloved wife of Wayne Henry for 35 years. Loving mother of John Wilkinson (Christine), and their children Sarah, Stephanie and Simone; David Wilkinson (Katy), and their children Mariah and Rebecca; Robert Wilkinson (Joanne), and their children Sean, Ryan and Blair; and Edward “Ted” Wilkinson. Predeceased by her son James Wilkinson. Survived by siblings Jeanne CoDyre, Thomas CoDyre, Gerry CoDyre, Dennis CoDyre, Bernard CoDyre and Kathy Hinton. Predeceased by her brothers Martin and Edward, and by her sisters Josephine and Theresa. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Wednesday from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. MICHAEL’S PARISH, 511 Cheapside Street, London on Thursday, July 10th, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ellen are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

On behalf of the entire Garvey family We are saddened to hear of your loss Aunt Ellen was a kind person we each have our own special memories of time spent with her as we grew up. She will be missed by many people and she goes to join the family members that passed before so she may now look down from heaven upon you all and become your special guardian angel. We will keep you all in our prayers and thoughts.

I remember Aunt Ellen's contagious laugh, beautiful smile and listening to her Barbra Streisand album and singing along. Lots of wonderful memories to remember. Thinking of you all!!
Aunt Ellen was a kind and happy person. I will always remember her warm smile and contagious laughter. Both of which would light up the room!
