In loving memory of my Nanny, Eleanor. I’m so grateful for the wonderful memories we shared, especially our visits over tea and the special cake she always picked out. I wish I could be in Canada during this difficult time, but my heart is with everyone who knew and adored Eleanor. Sending all my love to Canada.

I feel like I have known Eleanor my whole life, through Lynda and James. I loved spending many, many days and nights at their home. She always made me feel like I was a part of their family ❤ And she would let me eat whatever I wanted, lol. ❤ I adored listening to her accent, as she and Jim would be talking. I remember her laugh. My thoughts are with Jim, Lynda and James, and their families. Huggs ❤

I still remember the first time I met Eleanor going to visit with my friend Lynda from school. She had a quick wit and an infectious laugh. Over the years I got to know her well and she always welcomed me into their home. A very kind heart. Enjoyed spending time with her and Jim in Belfast with her parents. That was a memorable time in more ways than one! I have always felt part of this beautiful family. Eleanor will certainly be missed but her spirit lives on within her children and grandchildren. Sending condolences and warm hugs to you all for a life taken from this world too soon.
