Eileen Marguerite Dell

Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Robert Gordon Dell. Cherished mother of Gerry Dell, Alan Dell, and Martha Dell all of London, Ontario. Predeceased by siblings Bill Blake, Doug Blake, and Murray Blake. Dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Eileen was loved by life-long friends Rosemarie Macy of Fenelon Falls and the late Shirley Lauren of Midland. Eileen was a dedicated member of the Catholic church for her whole life. Cremation has taken place, and a private family interment will be held at Saint Margaret’s Cemetery in Midland, Ontario, at a later date. In Eileen’s memory, charitable donations may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul London or The Salvation Army.

It's been too many years since I saw Mrs. Dell's kind face. Hers is one I will never forget. Spent many a day at your place, growing up and hanging around with Gerry and Gabe! In God's own hands, you're now resting! My condolences to Gerry, Allan, and Martha! May you R.I.P. Frank

I remember with fondness all the shifts I worked with the Midland Police Service with Eileen as our communications operator. She was tasked with taking calls from the public for the police and several fire departments and making sure the police officers or fire fighters got to the call for service. Eileen had a good sense of humor and was a wonderful person to be around. On behalf of all the police officers and firefighters that Eileen worked with I would like to pass on a final thank you to Eileen for her service and friendship
