Peacefully at University Hospital, after a courageous battle with kidney failure, on Sunday, March 11th, 2012, Earl Willis Rhyno passed away in his 83rd year. Willis is predeceased by his wife Grace (MacDonald) and survived by his daughter Joan (Seamus Doherty), son Earl (Vickie) and daughter Beth (Tom Reizoff). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren: Brendan, Brad, Alicia, Billy, Shayne, Tori, Benjamin and Grace, his in-law family, many nieces and nephews and by his friend Shirley. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. as well as on Wednesday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, where the funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 14th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Keith McKee officiating. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Willis are asked to consider the Kidney Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, JDRF, or a charity of your choice. A special “Thank You” to the 4th Floor Nursing Staff and Team #1 Doctors at University Hospital.

My sympathies go out to the entire family. It has been quite the experience living next to Willis for the last 18 years. He will be sadly missed.
Joan,Earl and Beth & families My heart and love goes out to you all I so enjoyed being your friend and neighbour all those years ago. Your mom and dad meant a lot to me in those years. I especially enjoyed the 3 of you. we've drifted apart over the years but you were always in my heart. This is going to be a difficult time for all of you.
