Doug Ward

Passed away peacefully after a valiant fight with cancer on Monday, July 28^th, 2014 at the John Gordon Home in his 51st year.  Born in Hamilton, he lived most of his life in London.  Doug lived each day to the max and without regret.  He was a gifted roofer and renovator.  Doug was always out and about the neighbourhood on his bicycle or scooter, stopping by to chat with friends.  A true free spirit.  He will be missed.  No visitation or funeral.  Cremation has taken place.  Friends of Doug would like to give a special thanks to the staff at John Gordon Home for their care and compassion.  To remember Doug, please consider a donation to John Gordon Home or Mission Services of London.
