My heart is breaking for my best friends and all the family left behind. David was loved by all. Now we only have the happy memories of that wonderful young man on the 7th. Another angel in heaven to look over us. Love, Prayers & Sympathy to all of David's family. Helen & family XO
Brad, Helena and your family our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Lisa, Craig and Jordan....very sorry to hear about Dave....many good times and memories on Fairbanks Road. You are all in our thoughts and our prayers.
My deepest condolences for Brad, Helena and all of Dave's family. I know that Dave was a powerful force in your family. I also know of his commitment along with Brad to WCH and his activities in Walk a Mile i Her Shoes. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time
Lisa, Craig & Jordan We are so saddened to learn about Dave. It brought back so many memories of the "lawn sprinklers" in Cobourg and the good times we had. You are in our thoughts and prayers and I hope in time that you will find comfort in the memories and love that you and Dave built together.
Brad, I was saddened to learn of David's untimely passing. Thinking back, I am reminded of all that he represented, a fierce and determined spirit, an unmatched sense of humour and that oh so mischievious grin. He was always his own man. I remember when Lisa first joined the family and we all wondered whether she knew exactly what she was in for. Its clear that over the years she successfully tamed that wild spirit, making him a better man, husband & father. You should be comforted in knowing that a finer brother no one ever had. To Wayne and JoAnne, these are tough times, but do know you nurtured a terrific son and I am certain that his mother is very proud. To David, from Santayanna's 'With You a Part of Me': "I scarce know which part may greater be, what I keep of you or you (your passing) rob from me." Beth joins me in sending our thoughts/prayers to all of you and hope that snnier skies are lie ahead.
So Sorry for your loss, Brad please offer our condolensces yo all of your family!!

I shared just a little more than a year with David ... But it was not necesary more time to know that he was a wonderful human being. All of us in Union Gas have felt a deep sorrow and emptiness after his departure. God needed Angels... so he left! With my deepest sympathy Margarita Sanchez Leon
Lisa, I am so sorry this happened. I wish there was something I could say that would help...
My deepest condolences and sympathy to you, Brad, and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Linda
While at work (with Lisa) we listened to stories about Dave, through these stories the great amount of love within their family could be felt and is admired. There were stories of the funny things that Dave said or did...stories of how hard he worked to give everything he possibly could to his family...stories of honour and pride. Dear Lisa, Craig and Jordan... I am so very sorry to hear of your loss, it is truly heart breaking...you have been in my thoughts, every moment of every day...
I have fond and happy memories of the fun times with David at Wayne and Joanne's cottage when David was 16, fishing, euchre, David learning to drive (my car), David rescuing Scotty and me as we got blown across the lake in a canoe. David was fun to be with. I offer my sincere condolences to the family for your terrible loss.
Little can ease the pain you feel from a sudden departure, I offer my sincere condolences on your loss. Although we never met, David and I were second cousins once removed, - related through William Reuben Thornton, - on my late Mother's side.
Lisa - My heart is breaking for you and the boys. It just isn't fair for you to be going through this. Someone said the other day that as Dave's wife you gave him to Union Gas each day so that we would have the priviledge of knowing him too. Thank you for sharing him with us Lisa. We will miss him greatly and the halls may never be the same without his laughter.
I had the pleasure of working with Dave for quite a few years before I retired from Union Gas. He was a huge asset for the company because of his work ethics and a great man to have as a co-worker and friend. Dave was liked by everyone that knew him. He is truly missed and my heart breaks for the family he left behind. I know that he was very much a family man. He talked about them all the time and his face would light up when he did. I am so very sorry for your loss.
My deepest condolences to all of Davids family, I know that he will be missed by his family very much. God bless you all in this time of your sorrow.
Will never forget you when u where a teenager, and watching soap operas with Joanne and myself. They are memories I will never forget.God now has an angel with him
