I played bridge on Wednesday nights with Dave and his partner Sam. I will always remember Dave as a gentle, kind and fun loving man. And such a wonderful bridge player. There was always so much laughter when those two were at the table. I was very sad to hear of Dave’s passing. My sincere condolences to his family and all who had the good fortune to have known him.

My sympathies to David’ family. Dave and I ‘met’ many years ago and shared important time learning about the effects of trauma…and resilience. We both learned much from each other. His photo brought me quickly back to that experience many years ago. His memory and spirit will be with you always.

I will miss playing bridge with Dave and his partner Sammy at the club. They were the fun table, with warm welcomes, interesting conventions, and loads of laughter. Dave was a sweet, thoughtful, lovely man. I am grateful to have known him, if only for a short while. Sincere condolences to his family at this sad time. Sally McHenry
