Peacefully and surrounded by his family on Thursday, September 6, 2018, in his 75th year. Beloved husband of 50 years to his late wife Margaret (2015). Loving Dad of Tim Laur, Karen (Stuart) Shaw, and Steve (Karen) Laur. Devoted Papa of David, Jake, Mason, Griffin, Jessica, Josh and Julia. Dear brother of Jen (Ed) Kish and Ross (Linda) Laur, and brother-in-law of David (Lorna) Fulton, John Fulton, Chris (Lynn) Fulton and Diane Laur. David will be sadly missed by his best friends, Jim and Mary Lou Arnold, and daughter-in-law Darcie. Predeceased by his brothers, Steve (Betty Anne) Laur and Dale Laur, his sister, Donna Warner and his sister-in-law, Theresse Fulton. Affectionately known as “Daisy” by his Ford coworkers. A memorial gathering will take place at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Wednesday, September 12 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., with words of remembrance at 7:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in David’s memory are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.

Steve and Karen, Jessica, Julia, and Josh...So sorry for the loss of your dear father, father-in-law and grandfather. I remember meeting him a couple of summers ago.
