David “Dave” Michael Faulkner
March 29, 2023
It is with heavy hearts the Faulkner family announces the sudden passing of David Michael Faulkner on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at University Hospital, London. Dave was the devoted husband of Sylvia of 50 years; and proud father of Michael (Leisa), David (Mandy), and Scott (Julie) Faulkner. He was the loving grandfather of Matthew (Lauren), Braden, Caden, Brennan, and Mason Faulkner. He is survived by his brother Dr. Brian Faulkner and his wife Pat; and is predeceased by his brother John and sister Joan. Dave will be missed by his many golf friends and work family, whom he worked beside for 47 years at Lawson & Jones and SPG.
During his retirement he was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed watching his grandsons play hockey and baseball. He also enjoyed golfing, bowling, and his Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, and the New Jersey Devils. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Dave will live on in the lives of others through his organ donation.
The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the physicians and staff in the CCU at University Hospital for their dedicated care and compassion.
At Dave’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Dave are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
“Thanks for the journey.”
