Peacefully at London’s Victoria Hospital, on Thursday, May 9th, 2013, Charles Herbert Gorham of London, in his 87th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Emma Gorham and by their son Arthur Gorham. Father-in-law of Marie Gorham, of Barrie. Loving grandfather of Mark, Darlene and Angella. Survived by his cousin Mary Bruce and by in-laws Ernest Gallo (Barbara), Evelyn Hansen, Esther Teal and by several nieces and nephews. Charlie will be greatly missed by Lynda (Steve) Lakomski, Antonella Profenna, Maria and Rosa D’Avirro and their families. Born in Bridgeburg, Ontario, Charlie was a former O.P.P. officer and chair of the patient advisory committee of the Cardiac Fitness Institute of Southwestern Ontario. Cremation has taken place. The memorial service will be conducted at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Sunday, May 26th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Please consider a donation in memory of Charlie to the Cardiac Fitness Institute.

Deepest condolences to Charlie's family and friends...I'm so sorry for your loss. He was a one of a kind, and he'll be missed. I met Charlie at the Cardiac Fitness institute and was saddened to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences to Charlies family and friends.
Condolences to family, relatives, and close friends of Charlie. He served people in many ways and fought for causes he believed in to the utmost.
I knew Charlie and Emma for many years both as Emma's Avon lady and later as a friend to Charlie. I will remember Charlie fondly. He loved his community, his family and The Cardiac Fitness Institute (and of course the cat !). My sympathies and condolences to Charlies family. He will be missed.

I have known Charlie since he and Emma were our neighbours in Barrie. We always kept in touch through our various moves. He would laugh when I referred to him as "The Energizer Bunny"!! I will miss his corny jokes, but also his words of wisdom. Condolences to family and friends.
We remember Charlie fondly. He is Godfather to both Nick and Peter. Our condolences to his family and friends.
I knew Charles for only a relatively short period of time but it was long enough to appreciate his gentle demeanor, his kindness of heart and his thoughtful nature. It was truly a sad shock to hear of his passing. I send heart-felt condolences to his family and friends; my thoughts and prayers go out to them during this most trying and difficult time. So many will miss you, Charles.

Charlie was a great watchful neighbour who lived in our area a long time. We enjoyed the company of both he and his loving wife Emma. May his family and his dear friends find comfort in knowing that others share your grief. Ross & Shirley Rowe
