I fondly remember uncle Cec at family outings from many years ago. He will be missed by all that knew/loved him.
To Cecil's Daughters- You do not know me but I sat behind your dad at Ivan Church. My husband, Lyle, apparently knew your dad years ago and they always had a chat before the service started. Since Lyle passed away 5 years ago, I continued 'the chat' before church, too. Will surely miss him. Sincere sympathy to you and your families.
I will always remember the fun times we had as teenagers, just a few short years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Love and God Bless .
Our condolences to Cec's family and especially Candice and Leigh-Ann. There are many fond memories of Cec when he attended family gatherings. He will be missed by many. Phil & Karen
No one could ask for a better neighbour and friend. Always looking out for us and sharing a fantastic story - Cecil will always be in our hearts. To his family, our deepest sympathies.
Our condolences to Cec,s family. Cec had been our insurance agent for many many years & watched as our childern grew. We always looked foward to his visit and a cup of coffee and many a story was told. He was there for his clients as they became his friends. When my husband passed at a very young age in a car accident , Cec was there to make the adjust ment a little easier for my family. He never forgot about you and cared if everything was all right. I lost touch with Cec over the years but never forgot his good deeds & friendship and held him in the highest regard . Cec was a man that cared about people.

Uncle Cec will be greatly missed. We will miss him at all our family functions with all his stories and anecdotes that kept us laughing.
Cec was the insurance rep for my parents and myself for many years. I remember him fondly not only through insurance but in talking to him about the genealogy work that Pauline did. My condolences to the entire family, it's always sad to see such life loving people pass away. Mike
I am so happy that my brother John and I were able to spend some time with Cecil in April, 2009. We had a great time with him. We visited every cemetery where Scotts were buried, where they all had lived and even visited Granny Telfer's home in Ilderton. That visit with Cecil was a great treat. Love to all the family. Sonya (Walter and Wilma Scott's daughter)
As a 19yr old Cec sold me my first Life Ins policy, in the confines of the pro shop at Highland CC. I was lucky enough to have socialized and had various business dealings with Cec and he was a gentleman, humanitariun, comedian - all in one!!
