MAHLER, Carol Ann (nee Bilik) – Peacefully at peopleCare Oakcrossing on Wednesday, February 20th, 2013, Carol Ann Mahler in her 71st year. Beloved wife for 48 years of David Mahler. Loving mother of Kimberly Mahler and Steven Mahler (Heather). Dear grandmother of Bryce, Chelsea and Jaime Mahler. Dear sister of Maureen Maynard, Ray Bilik, Cathy Armstrong (Larry) and John Bilik (Ann). Predeceased by her parents Reginald and Victoria Bilik. Fondly remembered by her favourite aunts Ann and Ruth and her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Carol will be remembered for her many beautiful creations in ceramics, paper tole, scrapbooking and card creation. Cremation has taken place. The memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Monday, February 25th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment at a later date in Oakland Cemetery, Delaware. Special thanks to the staff of CCAC, St. Elizabeth Healthcare and peopleCare for their kindness and compassion during Carol’s illness. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Dave, Steve, Kim and family. I am so sorry for your loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Norma, Len, Vera and family.
Steve, my thoughts are with both you and Heather as your family deals with the loss of your mother. I know how dear and wonderful she must have been because I know you. I hope that you find solice and comfort in your family and friends that are here for you. I will keep you in my prayers.
I am truly sorry for your loss. I have many memories of your Mom during our high school years Steve. Just know that you're being thought of during this difficult time. My condolences to you and your family.

Steve, If your mother was anything like you, I already know she was a special person. Moms are important and special people to everyone in their family. I am sorry for your loss of such a valuable person in your life. My thoughts are with you and your family at this time. Your mom will be greatly missed.
