Carlton “Anthony” Smith

SMITH, Carlton “Anthony” passed suddenly with family by his side at St. Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver B.C. in his 50^th year.  He will be dearly missed by his loving mother, Claudette; daughters, Demica and Kiera; former partners and co-parents, Glynnis and Wendy; brother and sister, Omar and Natasha; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends in Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Jamaica. Predeceased by his father, Colin, and sister, Nadine.

He will be remembered for his kindness, beautiful smile, and sense of humour.  Anthony loved Soccer and was a skilled player.  He played in many Ontario competitions and won several trophies. He had a gift for music and played musical instruments in public school. Later in life, he spent time as a disc jockey (DJ), sharing his love of music with others.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, Ontario, on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Wayne Giroux officiating.
