Bruce Frederick Ubelacker

Bruce Frederick Ubelacker, formerly of Stratford, passed away peacefully at University Hospital in London, on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the age of 86.
“To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven. A time to be born, a time to die, a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted.” – Ecclesiastes 3
Left to cherish his memory is his sister and best friend, Sandra, of Edmonton. Bruce will be sadly missed by his devoted four-legged friend, Rocky. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Gordon and Ethel, and his brother Douglas. Grateful thanks to the staff of Manor Village and the medical team at University Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Bruce.
A private interment will be held in Stratford. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Bruce are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.

To Sandra - Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of Bruce. I’m so sorry. I remember him and the entire Ubelacker family, including dear young “Dougie”. (He and I had just parted ways while going home from school for lunch – on that tragic day.) Your parents and mine were very good friends. Do know my caring thoughts are with you. Peace to you . . .
