Peacefully at University Hospital, on Thursday, March 27th, 2014, Betty Couture of London and formerly of Winnipeg and Ormstown, Quebec. Beloved wife of Bill. Loving mother of Kevin McNamara (Anne), Kelly McNamara (George), Rob McNamara (Julie), and John Couture (Tracy). Cherished grandma of Lisa, Matt, Danny, Emily, Josh, Kennedy, Kallen, Liam and Jared and great-grandmother of Tristan. Dear sister of Donna Kozicki. Predeceased by parents Robert and Phyllis Vint. Betty retired from the Canadian Mental Health Association, Elgin Branch, after 20 years as Executive Director. A celebration of Betty’s life will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, April 1st, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Betty are asked to consider the Canadian Mental Health Association (Elgin Branch).

We were so sorry to learn of your loss Bill. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.
Betty was a warm and wonderful lady with an incredible joie de vivre. Bill I am so sorry to learn of her passing; my thoughts are with you.
I was sorry to see Betty's obituary in the Winnipeg newspaper. I worked for Betty over 20 years ago at CMHA-Elgin and she was wonderful to work for. My memories of Betty are such wonderful ones. She will be very missed by so many.
