With her unfailing faith and surrounded by love, Betty Anne passed away peacefully at Parkwood Hospital on Monday, December 14, 2015. Treasured wife of John for 44 years. Loving mother of Jason (Tanya) and Carrie (Shane Barker). Fun loving Grammie of Kieran, Erin, Evey and Rylee. Beloved daughter of Betty Harburn (Jack Coddington), and the late Alonzo Harburn. Much loved sister of Darlene (the late Keith Capson), Murray, Hugh (Annette), Doug (Cathy) and the late Dianne. Betty Anne will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends. Special thank you to Dr. Welch, Dr. D’Souza, Dr. Singh, and the Palliative Care nurses at Parkwood Hospital for their exceptional care provided throughout Betty Anne’s journey. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Betty Anne are asked to consider Parkwood Institute – Palliative Care Unit or Forest City Community Church.

Dear John and Family, just want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Betty Ann's smile and amazing strength are an inspiration to us all and she will be greatly missed in our neighbourhood.
John and family, Words feel so inadequate at this time. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We will especially remember Betty Ann as a very strong lady with a wonderful sense of humour,a positive attitude and great love of family. Grandchildren especially brought her joy and many a conversation. Of the many memories and laughs we shared I believe reminding her that she was the fashion deva of Kitchigami Campground will always bring a smile. For sure the best dressed lady in the park, be it a beach day or a bike ride. Betty Ann will be missed.

Dear John & family, Bety Anne had a smile that was infectious and could light up a room! She was a beautiful woman inside and out and we will miss her presence with us but know she is waiting for us on the other side! Fond memories of a beautiful woman. We enjoyed her visit with her treasured family a few summers ago. One particular memory is of our visit with her and John to the Tower Ballroom in Blackpool, she loved it. Also a day in the Lake district in England. With Jason Tanya Kieran and Erin. We are thankful that BettyAnne used every opportunity to make lasting memories for her grandchildren and others. She was an inspiration to us for sure and we will miss her a lot.
