Bernice “Bunny” Walker
February 15, 2025
Peacefully passed on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at her home at the Villages of Glendale Crossing in London, Ontario, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of Kenneth Allen Walker (predeceased 2014). Loving mother of Michael Walker (predeceased 2021) (Jackie Walker), Judith Sessions (predeceased 2017) (Kenneth Sessions 2010), and Sherry Brown (Jason Patzer). Loving grandmother of Terry Walker (Robyn), Dennel Wistaff (Gary), Kimberley Sessions, Kristy Walker (Joe Rogister), and Lucas Brown (Mackenzie Miller). Bunny will also be missed by her beloved great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and her sister, Dodey Cowell-Gregory of London.
Bunny spent her working years in Purchasing at Fanshawe College and prior at Johnson Controls London. Bunny and her husband Ken loved spending summers, entertaining friends and boating for over 60 years at the cottage they built at Port Franks on Lake Huron, and wintering their retirement years in Florida playing golf and enjoying the company of their many friends. Bunny looked forward to Bingo and enjoyed spending her time playing cards (London Senior Euchre Champion), as well as Skip-Bo with her friends. Bunny’s warm personality and infectious spirit will be missed greatly by her family and friends.
Bunny’s family remains grateful for the loving care provided by the staff at Glendale Crossing, who went above and beyond and were so kind to Mom.
