Gus, Kristen and Scott. There are a lot of great memories from our soccer days. I got to work with Pat closely over those years. We went through a lot together as teammates always do. I learned a lot from her and admired her professionalism and at the same time showing the ability to have a good time and laugh. I'm feel fortunate we were able to visit while she was still able to be aware and share some memories and laughs. Those memories for us are just a blip in time compared to all of your family memories. Those memories will help you get past the pain. She was a great lady. Unfortunately we won't be able to make it tomorrow but know you are all in out thoughts.

Gus, Kristen, Scott and family I am beside myself with the news of Pat's illness and passing. I'm very sorry for the lost of a wonderful person. Pat and I go back a long way and I have many great memories of growing up with her. I will keep the memories I have of our younger years near to my heart, we had many good times together. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this time.

I am struck numb with the news of Pat's passing. We were such good friends through high school and I am sure she faced this last challenge with the same grace, courage and dignity she was known for even then. It is so comforting to see that the intervening years had no effect on those mesmerizing eyes nor her enchanting smile. A new void has opened in this world as I offer my sincere condolences to Pat's family.

As always, courageous to the end, battling everything she ever did with a vengeance. Pat will be missed by every person she touched, in her loving caring way, with her laughing eyes and contagious smile. We've shared many wonderful memories on many occasions over the years, we will cherish them, always. Our deepest sympathy and prayers to all of Pat's family. God speed Pat.

We can shed tears that this wonderful woman has gone, or we can smile because She lived. We can close our eyes and pray for Her to come back, or we can open our eyes and see the love that She has left behind. Our hearts can be empty because we cannot see Her, or we can show to others the love she gave. We can turn our back on tomorrow and live for yesterday, or we can be happy for tomorrow because of so many yesterdays. You can embrace memories of Her departing, or you can do what She would want: Wipe your eyes, Love each other, Enjoy everyday, Be genuine, and continue on. Now our Sun has left us, and Pat has become a star above us in the sky. We will miss you, but never forget you. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family through this difficult time.

My first encounter with Pat was competing with her in baseball when she was a student at St Patrick's School and I was attending St Pius X. She always caught the ball. We often had lunch together in high school at Sir Adam Beck and later she joined me in Woodstock at the School of Nursing. I have many good thoughts of those times and I am saddened by her passing.

Gus,Kristen and Scott and family, to say we were stunned to hear of this sad news today would be an understatement. Although we have not seen each other for many years, our soccer time together with the London Shooting Stars were years full of wonderful memories watching our girls grow before our eyes and excel to heights we could not have imagined. The group of parents we had were what made it so wonderful and all of Pat's hard work did not go unnoticed. We are so tremendously sorry for you loss and can only wish that God will give you all strength to endure the days ahead. Pat was a wonderful lady and taken too soon. Dear Gus and Family. I offer my sincere condolances to you. All though I met Pat only a handful of times over many years. I could always remember and recognize her, if I spotted her out somewhere, because of her kind smiling eyes. She always approached with a warm friendly greeting. Our thoughts and prayers have been following you and all the family over the months of Pat's struggle with the brain tumour. Chrisy has been keeping us updated. I met Pat when I started my career at St Joe's. She was so welcoming. She helped me so much. I remember her wonderful sense of humour and beautiful smile. My deepest condolences to you. May she rest in peace.

Dear Gus, Kristin, and Scott, Words cannot express how sorry we were to hear of Pat's passing. We've known Pat since our high school years and then reconnected through soccer. Pat was a warm, vivacious and caring person. Our family will always hold wonderful memories of her in our hearts. So thankful that we had such a nice, spontaneous visit together last fall. I remember one evening sitting on Kristen's balcony downtown Toronto a few years ago, sipping cocktails together with her and Pat and watching the two of them chat and giggle away... just like any two girlfriends would. And I remember thinking in that moment how beautiful it was that a mother and daughter could really truly be best friends. I only ever knew Pat with a smile on her face and personality beaming out of her. Her light will certainly continue to shine in all of our hearts. Sending love to Kristen and family xox
