Peacefully at home, on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Melanie for 42 years. Cherished father of Joel Hamilton (Jewel) and Carolyn Hamilton. Adored Papa to Xander and Bryden. Missed by twin brother, William Hamilton (Geraldine); sister, Carol Hughes (William); stepbrother, John Muir (Margaret); mother-in-law, Doreen Kearns; and by many extended family and friends. A memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 12:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or a charity of your choice.

I send my sympathy to Melanie and Family. I sure enjoyed our time in the same room at University Hospital. Keith passed away March 26, 2019.

Alex achieved so much in his life, and defied the odds to live so happily with his family. He was so proud of Dr. Joel, and excited that Carolyn moved to his homeland in Scotland. He and Melanie enjoyed so much together, with their travels to many places, and watching the arrival of their grandkids. Bill and I will always remember our last visit together, enjoying his irn-bru and reminiscing of our childhood in Glasgow.
