Want to send my condolences to all of you and your families...my thoughts are with you..my late father talked of your father often and had many fond memories... Marg Hart... I am the daughter of one of your fathers very good childhood friends (Roy Rogers)...
Joanne...Keith...Glenn & Families. I was so sad to read of your dad's passing in the newspaper this morning. He was such a lovely, kind man, and the last of the Bernard Avenue group that included your mom, my mom and dad, and Ruth and Jack McMillan. Now they are all together again. How lucky you are to have had him in your lives all these years. I am sorry that I am unable to join you on Thursday but want you to know I am thinking of you all.

Death leaves a heartache No one can heal But love leaves memories No one can steal We are keeping you in our thoughts and wish for your tears of sadness to turn into tears of laughter.
Anne and I are so sorry for the loss of a wonderful father. Those furniture pieces he constructed, now become so much more treasured. JoAnne, it does sound from your reflections like he had a full life, up and around and driving at 94+. So Sorry, Love Rob & Anne, Kevin & Megan.
I would like to express, on behalf of the Cherryhill Woodworkers Club, our condolences on the loss of your father. Many of us here knew Al personally. We were inspired when, although over 90 years old, he decided to start a garden and re-learn to drive a stick shift car. Al was a well-liked woodworker always willing to share his knowledge with other members. Al will be remembered as an especially giving person of great character. He will be missed. Again, we extend our deepest sympathies to your family during this period of mourning. George Keats - President Cherryhill Woodworkers Club
Keith, Joanne and Glenn (and families), I'm terribly sorry I'm unable to attend today to extend my condolences in person and remember your Dad, but unfortunately I'm nursing a terrible cough and cold and don't wish to expose else anyone to it. I have many, many fond memories of your Dad including family visits, Christmas Eve get-together stand going hunting with him and and his friend Tom. My Dad was never very fond of hunting, but it was an interest of mine when I was younger and your Dad and Tom were kind enough to include me in some of their rabbit and duck hunting trips, which I really appreciated. I can honestly say that your Dad saved my life once up at the cottage when I fell through the ice on a winter hunting trip. If he hadn't been there to force me to keep going I'm certain I'd have just laid down and frozen to death. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Our thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. Jim, Diane, Rachel and Matthew
