Aileen was a true fashionista, with a love of decorating, gardening, entertaining, and travel. She was passionate about the Blue Jays and the London Knights.
Her love for her friends and family was endless and she was always ready to have a long talk with anyone who needed it. We will remember most her smile and her infectious laughter.
A special thanks to the staff at Chartwell especially David and the front-line workers in Aspen for the love and care they gave to Aileen.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Dear family members Tom and I were privileged to be next door neighbours to Aileen and Bas for several years. Aileen was such a wonderful woman and neighbour, always with a smile on her face and with a tender heart. I will never forget as a new mom just returning to our home after 8:00 pm at night with a new baby, no food in the house, and greeted by Aileen with our dinner in her hands. Heaven has a new bright light and we are so happy she is now reunited with Bas. Such wonderful people. We send our sympathy, love and prayers to her whole family.
