Entered the Lord’s presence peacefully in his 94th year and surrounded by family on Sunday, May 20th, 2012 at Victoria Hospital. Dear husband of the late Maria (Mary) Timmermans (2010) and beloved father of Bill Timmermans (Jenny), Jack Timmermans (Julie), Rini Timmermans (Marg), Cathy Dertinger (Leo), Anne Monteith (Ralph), Maryanne Timmermans (Jim Gilmore) and Lorraine Lukings (Bob). Much loved grandpa to 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Andy loved entertaining with his accordion and, up until last year, still enjoyed riding his bike and several rounds of golf with his family. Visitation will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. George Parish, 1164 Commissioners Road West, London, on Thursday, May 24th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. The family would like to thank Ashwood Manor for their loving care. In memory, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.

Bill, Jenny, Rini and Marg It has been both Susan's and my pleasure to have known Andy these past 15 years, and we share in your sense of loss at his passing. He was a gentleman through and through, and was always ready to share a lively conversation with anyone he came into contact with, be it at the golf course, on the street while riding his bike, or in the Metro food store. My Dad and Andy golfed together often in the past, and while I didn't know Andy as well as my Dad, I felt like I did, as he always told me what a great fellow he was. Just from the wonderful picture that has been displayed, I can see he was a person who really enjoyed his music. To the Timmerman family: I am so sorry to hear that your father has passed away. He was such a nice, gentle and caring man. Very distinguished and always smiling. I found him to be so easy to communicate with and he always took the time to say hello. You can be so very proud of him and know that others will also be thinking of him at this time.
