James “Jim” Dimson
January 17, 1932 - March 31, 2025
Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 31, 2025 at home/name of place. The beloved son of Constandinos Dimson and Antigone Damson Phillips. Predeceased by his loving wife Nicoletta Jefferies Damson (2009). Jim will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Jim loved to laugh and make others laugh with him. He was a stock trader on the floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange for many years. He was also very active in various organizations throughout the Greek Orthodox Church (GOYA: Greek Orthodox Youth Association and AHEPA: American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association).
He was a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team and enjoyed many games, both in Toronto and in Florida.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of James to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Community of London and Vicinity or a charity of your choice.
