Joyce Isabel Donnelly

March 9, 2025

On Sunday, March 9, 2025, my Mom joined my Dad, Ray, and my brother, Glen. I can imagine what an incredible reunion it was! ♥️

Mom was a loving mother, a devoted friend, and a kind soul. Her unwavering love, tireless strength, and delicious baking will be deeply missed. I will fondly remember the times we spent playing cards and I have several paintings and crafts from her to remind me of her talent.

She was predeceased by Glen and Ray, three brothers, one sister, and her parents. It brings me much comfort to know that they are all reunited once again.

I was fortunate to be able to have some loving conversations with her, and her sense of humour was on full display in her last days. She was surrounded by love when she passed.

A Celebration of Mom’s Life will take place in the spring or summer so that whomever wants to travel can do so without worrying about weather.

Tracy, I am so sorry for your loss. You Mom was a great lady with a wonderful sense of humour. I know my parents really enjoyed time spent with your parents, especially after retirement when they all ended up in the London area. Many an afternoon outing to explore or dinner at a favourite or new restaurant. And often just a simple old-fashioned afternoon visit for tea & desserts. I'm happy they had each other those last several years, retirement was good to them. How fortunate you were to have such precious time with your Mom right to the very end. Rest in peace, Joyce.
