Peacefully at home with family by her side, Ann passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025 in London, Ontario at the age of 72.
Ann was well-known in her community as a dedicated realtor for 30 years. She will always be remembered for her professionalism, laughter, kind spirit and giving heart. Well-travelled and often the life of the party, we will always remember the stories she told and while she was telling them she’d often say, “and the whole nine yards.” We couldn’t have asked for a better sister, aunt and friend, and will miss Ann every day. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.
Ann was preceded in death by her father, Alexander Smith, her mother, Agnes Smith, and her husband, Philip Unterreiner. Survived by her brother, Michael, sister-in-law, Jacqui and nieces and nephews Justin, Cory, Victoria and Mackenzie.
A Celebration of Ann’s Life will be held on Friday, June 20th, 2025, from 12:00 – 4:00 pm at the Civic Garden Complex, 625 Springbank Drive, London. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ann are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.

RIP Dear Friend Our years together at George Harvey SS were filled with memories, laughter and were some of the best memories ever! The sound of you laugh in the hallway let us know you were probably with, Laura, Donna and Jan…I know by now that you and Jan are telling stories and laughing out loud. Ann was such a special friend. Having known her for over 20 years I have many good memories of her. My condolences to Mike, Jacqui and family.

Ann helped me sell and buy three different places and became a friend. She was honest, kind, smart and fun. I never had any hesitation in recommending her to friends. She will be missed.
