Corrine Crozier
November 2, 2024
It is with much sadness that we share the news that Corrine Crozier passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the age of 55, peacefully and surrounded by love. Corrine was cared for and loved by the late Pat and Fred Couture and their children Roger (Brenda), Alain (Ruth), Suzanne, and Jeanne (the late Peter). Corrine will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Corrine made her home at L’Arche London’s Cana House from 1997, the year of the community’s founding. She was a woman of relationship, and her joy, playfulness, determined spirit, and trust were true gifts to all who had the privilege to be part of her life. She built lasting friendships throughout her life at L’Arche London, at her Day Program at CLL Ford Crescent, in her neighbourhood, and her church community of St. George. The family would like to give special thanks to MaryBee, Nicole, Ankita, and Toinette for their support, care, and compassion throughout Corrine’s life.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. The funeral service will take place in the chapel on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 1:00 pm. A private interment at Woodland Cemetery, London, will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Corrine’s memory can be made to L’Arche London.

Suzanne, im so very sorry for the loss of Your Sister. My deepest condolences to You and Your Family.
I met Corrine when I lived at Cana 15 years ago. Corrine definitely provided the home with the spirit of playfulness. Hearing her distinctive giggle was always enough to brighten any day. When her dad would visit, the love between them was an honour to witness. And mom, oh how she loved her dear Corrine. Corrine had a great ability to bond with people. On my saddest day, she would just stop and hug me. On other days she would steal food off my plate. With Corrine, no moment was to be wasted. She lived in the present. She loved in the present. She reminded all who knew her how important the simple things were - love, friends, family and chocolate! What a beautiful legacy she leaves.
