Penny and I were Thursday evening 'partners-in-crime' for many, many years. Penny was, perhaps, the kindest individual I've ever met: her concern for others ALWAYS topped any of her personal worries. Penny and George going to Buckhorn Lake: oh my gosh! She loved that (annual) trip! Penny talking about Mary and Deb and her grandkids: her knitting / crocheting / pottery: I still have many of those items that she gifted me over the years. I don't think there was any doubt in any of our minds that Penny was, indeed, 'Nana Claus' at Christmas and, perhaps, year-through!!! I have dear memories of Penny that will last for my lifetime and I know her family and friends do as well.
