Peacefully, with her daughter holding her hand, at Chartwell Riverside Retirement Home on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Louis Jensen (1992). Loving mother of Michael (Laura) and Lise. Beloved grandmother of Nicholas and Rachel. Thank you to the staff at Chartwell Riverside for providing care and a warm and comfortable home for Mum. A special thank you to Carrie, our amazing Visiting Nurse, and Drs. Faulds and Badawi. Thank you to the VON E-shift for looking after Mum in the last few weeks of her life, especially to Ashlyn and Noel for not only providing comfort to Jane, but also to her daughter. A funeral service will be conducted at St. Anne’s Anglican Church (Byron), 1344 Commissioners Road West, London ON N6K 1E1 on Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Burial will take place at St. Anne’s Anglican Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Anne’s Anglican Church or the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners would be appreciated.

Your Mom was the first person that called me when I moved to London in 1971 she was transfer chairman at the time. We were pals ever since She was so great a person. Sending hugs.

I am so sorry to hear that Jane has passed away. I extend my deepest sympathy to the family. I enjoyed meeting with Jane at Sorority functions and at Grand Bend Playhouse over the years. She will be missed. Glenys Colquhoun
