Passed peacefully with family at her side at Humber River Hospital, North York, on Friday, January 26, 2024, in her 91st year.
Predeceased by Oswald McLaughlin. Loving Mother of Maria, Angela (predeceased), Arthur (predeceased), Lorraine, Jenice, Chiquita and Tina. Adored Grandmother of 19 Grandchildren, dear Great-Grandmother of 21 Great-Grandchildren, and honoured Great-Great-Grandmother of 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
She was the esteemed owner of Gloria’s Exclusive, located in City Centre Mall, London. Well known for her exceptional tailoring skills, loved by many for her kind, caring and generous spirit, she will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
A funeral service will be conducted at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 1:00 pm with visitation one half-hour prior. Interment will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 303 Riverside Drive, London, at 3:15 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Gloria are asked to consider The Salvation Army.

So sorry to hear of Gloria’s passing. My deepest sympathy and condolences to the extended family - Gloria will be missed by all.

Gloria was a beautiful soul with an infectious laugh. She was an amazing cook and we had some very special time together . Always dressed up with her hair and nails beautifully done. My condolences to her family as your grieve her loss. Gloria will be dearly missed, may her beautiful soul rest in eternal peace.. Love Sophia & Isaiah
