To Laurie, Bill and Louise, My sincerest condolences on the loss of your mother Claire who was a great friend to my mother Mildred Landry (1913-2004). She cherished the photos and news that Claire sent to her about all of you, and always considered her a special part of her family as did my Aunt Lily. Sincerely, Millie Gremonprez
I will always remember ‘Aunt’ Claire, especially for her generous smile, and her wonderful laugh. Sadly, I had lost touch, not knowing she had moved to live at Oakcrossing. Please accept my sympathies. Know I will always treasure the wonderful times our family had together.
I had the opportunity to meet Claire at her cottage and one Christmas when Jillian and David brought her out to the farm. She was a lovely, friendly, and kind lady. Please take comfort from the lyrics of a hymn, In the end is our beginning, in our time, infinity. In our doubt, there is believing, in our life, eternity. In our death, a resurrection, at the last, a victory. Unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.
We treasured Claire’s company and were blessed to have her as part of our family. All my love to those close to her as we mourn her loss.
We will always remember Claire’s cheerful presence at family get togethers. She will be missed. Heartfelt condolences to her family and friends are extended from Csaba, Janet, Lexi, Michael and David.
Maija and I met Claire through our friends Jim & Laurie Shaver, both in London and Grandbend. We appreciated her kindness and hospitality... and rejoice that she could live such a long life. Our condolences and prayers for the relatives and friends mourning the loss.
My sincere sympathy to the family. Claire lived a long life and will be remembered by her many friends as sincere and kind.
