Homa Ghodrati

Mrs. Homa Ghodrati, age 89, passed away on January 7th, 2023 in London, Ontario surrounded by her loved ones. She was a devoted mother to Esfandiar (Farideh), Shahram, Nasrin (Larry), Bahram (Sima), Simin, and Sima (Shahed), and a loving grandmother to Babak (Pooneh), Aida, Bahareh, Daruosh (Alessandra), Deena, Iman (Hilary), Roya, Raya, and Tahles. Homa felt blessed in her final years to also call herself a loving great-grandmother to Ava, Elena, Effie, Elsie, and Massimo.
Homa was a deeply devoted member of the Baha’i faith and found great joy and peace in prayer and meditation. She lived her life according to the teachings of the Baha’i faith and was a shining example of its principles of love, compassion, and kindness.

In addition to her deep spiritual life, Homa was known for her warm smile and her ability to make everyone feel welcome. She was a skilled cook and loved to share her delicious meals with her family and friends. Homa also had a special ability to share stories both fantasy and about life, those listening could get lost listening in her memories for hours.

Homa will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her love and kindness, as well as her devotion to her faith, will live on through the memories of her family and the many lives she touched.
