Mary and family, We knew Rod from the Goderich Yacht Club at the Maitland Valley Marina, where Rod and Mary have been involved for more than 15 years. Rod would always have a smile and a funny story and a nicer guy you would never meet. He will be missed by everyone who knew him and we will think fondly of many great memories. I think of my Uncle Rod with the fondest of memories. He was a very loving and kind man, always full of fun and a real prankster. I have worked at LRCP for a number of years. I loved hearing Rod call my name, Heather with his mild voice yet strong Scotch accent. We enjoyed our chats even to his last visits. I was honoured to have known him. I pray for Rod's peace and also for yours. God bless.

We will always be immensely thankful for the incredible support Rod gave David throughout his illnesses. Also, the many fun times they had working out at the Athletic Club.
