Janna Bronk (née de Bruin)

Janna passed away peacefully on Friday, October 21, 2022 at her home at Amica London, Ontario, just over a month before her 96^th birthday.  She was predeceased by her husband of almost 63 years, Cornelis “Carl” in 2012. Loving mother of Connie (Joe) Heard of London, and Elly of Halifax.  Sadly missed by her grandchildren Peter Heard, Karin (Jeff) Ramsden, Steven (Sher) Heard; and great-grandchildren Amon and Anya.

Janna was born in the Netherlands, and came to Canada with Carl and their family in 1956.  Together with Carl and after, she had many good years here.

Thanks to the Amica London staff for their care and kindness to Mom for the last 5 years.  Also a special thank you to all the healthcare professionals who cared for Mom in her final days.

Cremation has taken place and a private family scattering of ashes and celebration of life will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date.

She was much loved and will be missed.
