Nicole Suzanne Bate of Edmonton, Alberta, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at the young age of 28.

Nicole was born in London, Ontario on December 15, 1993. Beloved daughter of Adriene Bate and Michael Bate (Jennifer). Devoted sister of Brandon Burke and Alexander Bate. Loving aunt to her cherished nephews Mikah Burke and Kai Burke. Granddaughter of Suzanne Smith and John Bate. Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Marian, Julie and Sadie Koch. Also survived by many much-loved family members.

Nicole shared a special loving bond with her two brothers, Brandon and Alexander. She spread her joy for life with people across the globe. Nicole made a genuine connection with everyone she met. She was loved and adored by many. She will be remembered for the beautiful warm smile. She was a loving, adventurous soul, filled with compassion and kindness. Those who knew Nicole will remember her passion for living life to the fullest.  She loved travelling, biking, and happy times spent with friends. Most especially, Nicole loved the time she was able to spend with her family.

Nicole’s service will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m., with a reception to follow at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, Ontario.
