On the morning of Saturday, February 19, 2022, Robert David Armstrong passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife of 46 years, Barbara, son Adam, and daughter-in-law Jessica. Robert was predeceased by his loving daughter Andrea and will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Zachary and Calvin. As per Robert’s wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation. Those wishing to donate in honour of Robert are asked to consider a charity close to his heart, the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me…
I want no rites in a gloom filled room, why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little – but not too long and not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love we once shared.

Dear Barb and Adam..so sorry for your loss. I remember when Andrea passed away when we worked together at UH. What a terrible loss. So sad for you.I lost my husband and best friend to cancer 3 years ago and miss him so very much. I'm praying for you strength in this sad time. Hugs Jan Gorman

My good friend Bob a great guy . We had a lot of good times together golfing .and socializing . He will not be forgotten . My deepest sympathies to Bobs family . god bless
Our sincere condolences to Barb, Adam and the rest of Bob's family. Bob was kind, witty and a good friend. We enjoyed our times together golfing, bowling, dinners, euchre and trivia games, visits to their cottage and our month at The Villages, Florida in April 2019. We will fondly miss his warm smile and happy nature.
Thinking of all the Armstrong’s. Bob was a funny, kind and warming soul. Adam always spoke so highly of his dad. He will be greatly missed. But always loved.
