Peacefully, with his daughters by his side, at McCormick Home on Monday, February 7, 2022, in his 78th year. Beloved husband of the late Sharon Ralph (née Cleary) for 52 years. Cherished dad of Stacey McClelland (Don Clark) and Rebecca Guyett (Michael). Loving grandpa of Max McClelland and Gavin Guyett. Dear brother of Donna (Jerry) Shea, Douglas (Diane) Ralph, Lois Ralph, and Burton (Lynn) Ralph. Predeceased by sister June Ralph, and brother-in-law Chum Cleary, and his wife Bev. He will be missed by many friends.
Allan retired with 40 years of service with TD/TD Canada Trust and continued to provide financial advice to family and friends after his retirement. In his spare time, Allan enjoyed many outdoor activities including hiking, canoeing, camping and running. Allan completed the Ottawa Marathon several times, in addition to several local road races over the years. Allan and Sharon were very involved in the St. Michael & All Angels Anglican Church Community.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Immediately following the service there will be a Celebration of Life at the Byron–Springbank Legion, Br. 533, 1276 Commissioners Road West, London.

Stacey, I am so very sorry for the loss of you Dad. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.
Al used to come over to Fanshawe College (where I taught) to run and enjoy the shower facilities. Many noon time runs involved Al and some other runners. I ran the Ottawa marathon with him a couple of times and we stayed at his sister, June's place. He was also a member of a group that took late June canoe trips to Algonquin and Killarney that I was part of. A good man. Had lunch together a few years ago but lost touch. Sorry to read of his passing.
