Donna Marie Theresa Catherine Ryder Clark

Passed away peacefully at Chelsey Park on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, in her 91st year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Ken (2021). Loving mother to her four children: Mary Gillet (Andrew), Peter Clark (Barbara Lippett), Janet Bard (Richard), and Donna Clark (Brad Austin). Proud grandmother of Craig Gillet, Dylan Govan, Wes Govan, Danny Austin, Siobhan Clark, Ryan Austin, Bailey Austin, and Desmond Clark.
Donna was born on the Roman Line in Biddulph Township, Ontario, to Daniel and Bridget Ryder. She was the youngest of six children: Angela, Leona, Bud, Francis and Vincent (all predeceased). A generation has now passed.
Donna worked as a switchboard operator at Bell Canada and Eatons and for 20 years, was the receptionist/switchboard operator at Emco Corporation’s head office.
She will be remembered for her kindness and grace and for being one of the Montreal Canadiens most avid fans.
A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Chelsey Park Nursing Home for their loving care of Donna through the extraordinary challenges of the pandemic.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when it is safe to gather. Those wishing to make a donation in remembrance of Donna are asked to consider the Humane Society London & Middlesex or Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners.

Mary, Peter, Janet, Donna and families: Please accept our condolences on the loss of your mother, so soon after losing your father. We all have wonderful memories of our Aunt Donna and will remember her always. We will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers. Donna I am so sorry to hear of your moms passing. I know that you and your family have so much love and devotion in part due to you mom. I remember fondly some of the stories you shared and she sounded like and amazing women. We are thinking of you and are truly sorry for your loss. We made a small donation in honor of your mom to the humane society. Keith and I are thinking of you and your family. ?

Janet, our condolences to you and your whole family. Your love for your mother shone brightly in the way you have always spoke about her and the stories you have shared.
