Maria Anna (née Velo) Olivier

Peacefully passed away with family by her side, at Victoria Hospital, on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, Maria Anna Olivier, of London, at the age of 87. Maria was born in Volpago del Montello, Italy, in 1933, but made Canada her home from 1957 – 2021. Beloved wife of the late Dino (2011), for 54 years. Adored mother of Carla (Dr. Rene Martin), and Sonia (Todd Parker). Cherished Noni of Christina (Nathan), Paula (Oskar), Lisa Martin, and Dr. Brent Parker. Loving Bisnoni of Kingston and Lincoln. Fondly remembered by sister, Lina Stefani. A private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish. The family welcomes friends to view the livestream remotely.

Private entombment will be held at St. Peter’s Cemetery & Holy Family Chapel Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Maria are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program.

My dearest Sonia and Carla and families, please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of your mother, Noni and Bisoni. She was a beautiful lady, deeply spiritual and committed to her family. She was fiercely proud of both of you. Please know that I am thinking of all of you at this very difficult time.
