Angeline ‘Angie’ Elizabeth MacDonald

November 4, 2019

Passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019 at University Hospital, London, after a brief illness, at the age of 89. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Craig. Survived by her loving children: Russ (Sue), Karen (Doug), Mark (Anna) and David (Sheila); grandchildren: Trevor, Jordan, Melanie, Ben, Kristen, Carter, Charlie, Morgan and Claire; and great-grandson Henry.

Angie had a great love for her husband Craig, her family and life, and had a wonderful laugh which she shared often with family and friends. Angie and Craig were avid golfers and both shared a love of flowers, particularly roses. They loved to travel, going several times to Europe on wine tours and touring as far as Japan.

Angie spent many years as a member of the May Court Club of London doing charitable work. Angie and Craig were longtime members of the London Hunt and Country Club and made many lifetime friendships there. As well, Angie was a fantastic cook, imparting her love of making gourmet meals to her children and grandchildren.

We will always remember her kindness, her indomitable spirit and her love for all of us that was always unconditional. We know she will find peace and love as she now joins Craig forever.

A memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Angie are asked to consider The Salvation Army.
