Peacefully, at LHSC – Victoria Hospital on Thursday, October 18th, 2018, Maria Cardosa of London at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Cardosa. Cherished mother of Susie Little (Craig Baxter), Zita Cardosa, Fatima Lazoren (Jack). Proud Grandma of Kyle Strachan, Jacob and Avery Lazoren. Sadly missed by her sister Lourdes Carquez. Remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and very close friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Private interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Maria are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program – colon and lung.

Su, Zita and Fatima, I'm so sad for you right now because I know how much you loved your mother. You have all grown to be three strong and beautiful women just like her and I know she was very proud of you. I know it can be hard to lose someone who meant so much to you but I hope you can think of all the good times you shared together and special moments to get you through this.
