Passed away peacefully and surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the age of 75. Cherished husband of Ann, and loving father of Dan Tavares (Nancy), and Christine Tavares (Brent). Proud Avo of Abigail, Myles, and Devin. Sadly missed by his brother Manuel Tavares (Rosa), his sisters-in-law Natalie Santos (Alvaro), and Lydia Nunes (Jack). Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Predeceased by his son Steven Tavares, and sister Maria Ramos. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, with prayers at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at HOLY FAMILY PARISH, 777 Valetta Street, London on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment at St. Peter’s Cemetery and Holy Family Chapel Mausoleum. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Angelino are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or Diabetes Canada.
