To the family: Very sorry for your loss. It is at a time like this that we can turn to the promises found at Isaiah 33:24 and John 5:25 to find comfort, strength and hope. We long to see their fulfillment soon. For more comfort please visit our website: jw.org and view the faith strengthening video: Is There Hope for the Dead? ðŸ’
Thinking of each of you during this difficult time. We always enjoyed visits from Uncle Norm... and my Dad, was so much like him. He was a gentleman, quiet, thoughtful, hard-working... and their laughs were the same! It was wonderful when they got together. The world needs more gentlemen like them! May God give you His strength in the days and months ahead. â¤ï¸Love, Sue, Matt, Joshua & Summer
Our deepest sympathies Shirley, Bruce and Brian on the passing of a very dear man. Sending prayers of the Lord's peace and comfort to you and your families during this time. Much love to you all. xoxoxox
OH! Shirl, so very sorry to hear today that Norm died. How you will miss him! We go back a long way, don't we? Those fun September gatherings, boys bridge with Doug, John and Bill. I hope to see you on Sunday, before I head back to the cottage. Will I know the boys, Bruce and Brian? Hugs, Anne
Bruce, Brian and families We wish you sincere sympathy and offer our deepest condolences on the passing of your dear father. I always thought very highly of Uncle Norm. I respected him and will remember him as a man of integrity and character. Prayers and blessings over you and your families during this time of loss.
Our heartfelt condolences to Shirley and family. Remembering past rounds of golf with Norm at Sunningdale. A wonderful gentleman that remained a skilled golfer deep into his years.
My condolences to Norm's family during this difficult time. Norm was a very gentle and friendly man. I enjoyed many golf and bowling games with Norm and he was a competitor in a friendly way. Norm will be missed by many.
I agree with Bart. Norm was a stalwart member at Sunningdale. I enjoyed many chats with Norm on the practice range particularly. In our championships he was often on his own in the very senior categories but alway shot a respectable score. I chatted with Norm just last week at Country Terrace and with Shirley. A very nice and gentle man. Condolences to all the family.
Condolences to Norm's family. I enjoyed many rounds of golf with Norm at Sunningdale - Norm was an amazingly accomplished golfer late into his golfing life. More than a few times Norm and I would meet up and play the winter nine at Sunningdale. He will be missed by many Sunningdale golfers. Bart Woodcroft.
Dear Shirley and family. We are deeply saddened to learn of Norms passing. We will always remember Norm for his kind and gentle manner. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.
My condolences Bruce and Brian - I had a nice time this morning telling my son Carter about all my memories of Uncle Norm and the Vaile/Hierons get togethers - Christmas dinners at your place in London, visits to our cottage, and many more. My thoughts are with you. Love Alison
